“Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse” has an amusing title and a ripe premise, pitting socially awkward teens against a horde of the undead. There’s enough there to fuel an agreeable romp through horror extremes and wild comedy, yet the picture doesn’t quite live up to its potential.
